Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (HU) has valuable research competencies and a vast network that hold much potential for an international joint research project in horticulture and development. HU has established a network within Germany and its international partner countries. The Faculty of Agriculture and Horticulture Science works in cooperation with the Leibniz Institutes (ATB, DIW, IGB, IGZ, ZALF). As a founding member of the Global Consortium of Higher Education and Research for Agriculture the faculty plays an important role in the development of international curriculum.
